Step-by-Step Booking Process

Step 1: Choose Your Plot Size
Decide whether you want a 5 Marla, 10 Marla, or 1 Kanal residential plot based on your needs and budget.

Step 2: Select Payment Plan
Pick from lump sum payment, 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year installment plans. All installments are paid quarterly, making it easier on your finances.

Step 3: Pay Membership Fee
• 5 Marla – Rs. 10,000
• 10 Marla – Rs. 15,000
• 1 Kanal – Rs. 20,000
(Note: Membership fees are non-refundable)

Step 4: Submit Application
Apply for as many plots or payment plan combinations as you want—there's no restriction. Both local and overseas Pakistanis are welcome to apply.

Step 5: Balloting
The allotment happens through a fully automated system, ensuring complete fairness and transparency.

Step 6: Post-Balloting Payment
If you're successful, you'll need to pay 15% of the total plot price as down payment within 30 days. Missing this deadline means your plot gets cancelled and goes to another applicant.

What if You Don't Get a Plot?
Don't worry—you can always buy from the resale market, where plots are readily available.
